We respond fastest on Telegram. Below are all official ways to reach HamikVPN: the support bot, email, the news channel and the main bot for sign-up and payment. We never contact you through any other accounts — if someone claims to be HamikVPN outside these channels, it isn't us.
Technical support
If something isn't working, won't connect, or you have a billing question — message the support bot on Telegram. It's the fastest channel.

To get help faster, include your platform (Android, Windows, iPhone, macOS, Linux), the exact error text and what you have already tried. We usually reply within a few business days.
For matters better handled over email (refunds, documents, partnerships, directories and press) — write to:

Email is slower than Telegram, so for urgent connection issues the support bot is best.
Telegram channel: news and service status
On the official channel we announce major outages, server maintenance, app updates and service news. Subscribe to be the first to know about issues and their fixes.

Through the main bot you can register, pay for a subscription, and get or refresh keys — everything the website dashboard does, right inside Telegram.

Common requests
- VPN won't connect — first check the connection troubleshooting page and the FAQ: many cases are solved in a couple of minutes without contacting support.
- Refunds — the terms are in the refund policy; requests go through the support bot @HamikVPNSupportBot.
- Account deletion — message the support bot and we'll delete your account and its associated data.
- Press, directories, cooperation — email [email protected].
About the service
HamikVPN is a small self-hosted service, not a registered company: we deploy and administer the servers ourselves. There is no phone hotline or walk-in office — all communication goes through the channels above.
